Over the past few weeks, our morning meeting sessions have evolved into something deeply enriching and transformative. As a group, we immersed ourselves in The Satvic Revolution, and what began as a simple reading practice soon turned into a powerful journey of reflection, awareness, and change.

As practitioners of Radical Transformation Leadership (RTL), many of the ideas in the book felt familiar yet they also offered a fresh lens. Concepts like self-awareness, personal responsibility, integrity, and systems thinking seamlessly connected with our existing practices, but this time, they extended into an often-overlooked dimension: the body.

The Body–Mind Connection

One of the most striking insights from the book was the idea that the body is not separate from the mind it is foundational to it. Our physical habits directly influence our mental clarity and emotional balance. This perspective invited us to rethink how we approach daily living.

The concept of Pranashakti (life-force energy) deeply resonated with us. It gave a language and framework to understand why some days we feel energized and purposeful, while on others we feel dull or disconnected.

Living Food vs Dead Food

A particularly eye-opening realization was the distinction between “living food” and “dead food”. Understanding how processed and chemical-laden foods impact our energy, focus, and long-term health brought a new level of awareness to our everyday choices.

This awareness naturally translated into action:

* Pausing before eating

* Rethinking what goes onto our plates

* Gradually shifting toward more natural and nourishing foods

Food was no longer just about taste it became about energy and intention.

The 3 M’s: A Simple Yet Powerful Framework

The framework of the 3 M’s—Meditation, Movement, and Mastery offered us a practical structure to align our daily routines. It wasn’t overwhelming or rigid; instead, it provided a gentle guide to bring balance into our lives.

Alongside this, we reflected deeply on the importance of sleep, especially the critical window between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., which the book highlights as essential for deep restoration. Small changes, like replacing late-night mobile usage with calming wind-down routines, brought noticeable improvements in sleep quality and overall well-being.

Emotional Well-being Matters Too

Revisiting EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) during our reading reminded us that true well-being is incomplete without emotional balance. Addressing our inner world our stress, patterns, and emotions became just as important as caring for our physical health.

Reflection and Awareness

The book constantly nudged us to pause and ask:

Are we truly motivated to start our day?

Are we living with intention?

The exercises and quizzes embedded throughout the chapters helped us slow down, reflect, and realign with what truly matters.

Learning from the World: Blue Zones

As part of this journey, we also explored the documentary Live to 100, which highlights the Blue Zones regions where people live exceptionally long, healthy, and fulfilling lives. It reinforced many of the principles we were learning and showed us that these ideas are not theoretical they are lived realities.

Our Shift: Before and After

BeforeAfter

Consuming food that supports long-term energy

Late-night mobile usageDigital Pause & Calm evenings

From Individual Change to Collective Impact

What made this journey even more meaningful was witnessing the transformation in others. Some participants not only embraced these practices but also began sharing them within their own circles creating a ripple effect of awareness and change.

Seeing this collective shift made one thing clear: this experience is worth documenting and sharing. It is not just about personal improvement, but about inspiring each other to live with intention, energy, and purpose.

As we move forward, this journey reminds us to look at each day not as something to get through, but as an opportunity to engage deeply with our strengths, contribute meaningfully to others, and live a life that is both conscious and fulfilling.

INSIGHT FROM OUR TEAM:

My name is Siva Guru Prasath. I stand for courage and self-confidence. While reading, I found myself questioning whether my routines are consciously chosen or just repeated habits. The narrator’s experiences acted as a mirror, pushing me to connect them with moments from my own life and reflect more honestly. Satvic eating now feels less like a dietary rule and more like an expression of compassion for animals and all forms of life. Choosing vegetarian or vegan food is not just about personal health; it signals awareness, responsibility, and a willingness to reduce harm. It also aligns with environmental sustainability. The real challenge, however, is not understanding these ideas but living them consistently. The question I’m left with is whether I can align my daily actions with what I now know, without slipping back into convenience-driven choices.

My Name is Prathap. I stant for equality and compassion for myself and others. I experienced The Satvic Revolution as a practical and meaningful book that also opened up a deeper way of thinking. It gives clear guidance on what to eat, what to avoid, and how to plan the day, which made it easy for me to follow and apply in my life. At the same time, I could see that these were not just habits, but ideas that reflect a deeper understanding of living.cI connected to this strongly because my parents had already taught me many of these habits. Simple food, natural living, and discipline have always been part of my life. I have also lived simply, and being part of C3SLD has made this even stronger. So while reading, it felt like I was reconnecting with something I already knew and valued. The structured routines in the book helped me become more aware of my daily life. They gave me clarity about what “right” living can look like, and this encouraged me to reflect more deeply and consciously. When I connected this with Radical Transformational Leadership, I saw a strong and meaningful link. Both focus on inner change. The Satvic way emphasizes caring for the body and mind, while RTL focuses on clarity of values and purpose. In both, I clearly see that real change begins within and then reflects in our actions. I can see this in my own journey. Over the last 10 years at Stemland, I have experienced a lot of transformation through RTL. Even with ups and downs, I now remain more calm and silent in situations. I feel a stronger sense of self-control and awareness in how I respond. This inner growth reflects in how I live my life. I live with what I have and accept what comes. I don’t blame, criticize, or feel jealous. I believe in myself, and I support others whenever I can. I see these values as a strong connection between both the Satvic way and RTL. Both also encourage living with awareness. The Satvic lifestyle made me more conscious of my food and habits, while RTL made me more aware of my thoughts, choices, and impact on others. Both highlight the importance of being conscious in daily life. This also connects with simplicity—focusing on what truly matters. This aligns naturally with how I live. Overall, this experience has been very meaningful for me. It helped me reconnect with my to reflect on my journey, and continue growing with awareness, simplicity, and clarity.

My name is Saranya. I deeply care about equality and happiness for myself and for others. Being healthy is more important than anything. I should respect my health and provide what is required. There were many points I was able to connect with our RTL work. I am able to see that the seven steps in the Satvic book and RTL are connected. RTL talks about awareness, pause, sourcing our universal values, integrity, and making conscious choices, and I can see the same in the seven steps. It is helping me not to react immediately, but to observe and respond. I also see deep listening in both, where I listen without judgment and with more attention. I see responsibility and ownership in how I take care of my body, work, and relationships. Both are asking me to be consistent and practise daily. I feel RTL is helping me actually live what the seven steps are saying. I need to incorporate RTL and Satvic learning into my daily life.

My name is Poonguzhali. I stand for courage for myself and others. When I practiced the ideas from The Satvic Revolution, I noticed my daily routine became more organized and calm. I felt more energetic and active during the day. Small changes like eating simple food and waking up early helped my body and mind. At the same time, I understood that it is not easy to follow all the habits every day. Sometimes it was hard to manage my daily work. But practicing a few habits gave me good results, and it motivated me to continue.

My name is Soundhariya.I stand for Courage for myself and others. From the  Satvic book, I learn that I can stay healthy and happy by following simple daily habits. Eating natural food it helps me to keeping my health active, and thinking positively help me feel better. Small changes in my daily routine can make a big difference in my life. When I take care of my health and mind, I can live peacefully and do my best every day.

My name is Jayabharathy. I stand for care and courage for myself and for others. While reading The Satvic Revolution, I became more conscious of my daily choices, especially my food habits. The book helped me pause and reflect on how and what I eat is not just about taste or routine, but about awareness, responsibility, and alignment with my values. I began to understand the importance of physical exercise, plant-based nourishment, and quality sleep as essential forms of self-care rather than tasks to complete. These practices felt less like discipline and more like a way of respecting my body. For a long time, I carried a subtle sense of guilt whenever I consumed animal-based food. Through the explanations in the book, that feeling became clearer and more intense. I observe myself becoming more conscious and mindful of my daily activities now.

My name is Ajay. I stand for self-awareness for myself and others. My insight is that small, often invisible choices shape my health and energy more than big efforts. Nourishing relationships through deep listening and meaningful conversations strengthens connection and understanding. I am also learning to be consistent in what I do, even when I don’t see immediate results, trusting that my efforts will give something in over time.

My Name is Rajesh. I stand for self-awareness and happiness for myself and others. I used to think growth comes from big decisions, but the book made me see it’s actually built from small, daily habits of what I eat, how I sleep, and how I interact with people. Food affects my mind, sleep, and relationships, reflecting what’s going on inside me.When I eat better, I naturally think better. When I sleep properly, I respond to situations calmly instead of reacting. When I’m mindful, my relationships become less about ego and more about understanding.I also realized how unconsciously I was living scrolling late, eating randomly, reacting emotionally thinking it’s normal. But the book showed me that this “normal” is what keeps me stuck in stress and confusion.Another deep shift was seeing that discipline is not restriction, it’s actually freedom.

Freedom from mood swings, overthinking, and unnecessary conflicts. The quality of my life is a direct reflection of the quality of my daily habits.

My Name is Angeline praisy and i stand for love and compassion for myself and others. i notice that The Satvic Revolution conveys that a disciplined and natural lifestyle is the foundation for achieving physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

My name is Visalstephenraj. I stand for peace and self-confidence for myself and others. The Satvic Revolution book helps me understand the importance of living a disciplined and conscious lifestyle. It teaches me how small daily habits can create a big impact on my overall well-being and mindset. By following principles like early waking, mindful eating, and structured routines, I am able to bring more clarity and focus into my life. These practices help me stay aligned with my goals and values. Practicing habits like meditation, physical movement, and continuous learning helps me improve both mentally and physically. It also supports me in working at my full potential. Through this, I realized that true growth is not just about external success, but also about inner balance, health, and consistency. Living a satvic lifestyle helps me become more aware, calm, and focused in everything I do.

My name is Kamal, I stand for self confidence and happiness for myself and others. After reading Sathvik revolution book I came to learn many things about our body, mind, and our sleep habits. Tools I could realize: I could find few tools like being in integrity, stand and deep listening.I followed few habits like sleeping early, following wind down activity and waking up early and eating before 7pm. Where I found that wind down activity helped me to reflect upon my whole day leaning and I could make notes after that, eating early was little challenging because when I did eat before 7pm I found I was really hungry in midnight and morning I couldn’t do exercise so I would just walk and I did workout in the evening. Waking up helped me learn more effectively and I am using that time to improve my mathematical background.

My name is Vaishnavi K, and I stand for kindness and respect both for myself and for others. Reading The Satvic Revolution together as a team became more than just a shared activity; it turned into a meaningful journey toward healthier living and a deeper sense of connection among us. The experience of reading and reflecting as a group brought a feeling of oneness and collective growth. Through this process, I gained a clearer understanding of my own health and lifestyle. It helped me pause, reflect, and become more aware of my daily choices. This journey has not only improved my physical well-being but has also strengthened my mindset, helping me live with greater awareness, balance, and intention.

My name is Sandhiya. I believe in progress through happiness and love—for myself and for others. Before reading the book, I already knew many general things—like waking up early, eating healthy food, and exercising. I knew what is good and what is not. But this book gave me a deeper understanding. It clearly explains why something is good or not, and the reasons behind it. Reading it together with everyone was also a beautiful experience. It created a supportive and encouraging environment. I also realized something important: when someone simply tells us what to do or what not to do, it is not very effective. But when we understand the reason behind it—the cause and effect—it creates a stronger impact and helps us follow it more meaningfully.

My name is Tamil. I stand for courage and compassion for my self and others I get to know many things reading this book. It was helpful to live a healthy life. I have become more conscious of my health, like sleeping early, eating healthy food ect.

The concept of sattvic living made me realize that choosing natural, simple, and healthy food can improve not only physical health but also mental clarity and peace. This book made me reflect on my own habits. I noticed that I don’t always pay attention to what I eat or how it affects my energy and mood. When I feel undigested at night, I reflect that I ate something heavy or too late, so I try to eat earlier and lighter. Step by step, I am adapting to a plant-based lifestyle, cutting down on sugar, and embracing mindful habits that keep me balanced and clear

My name is Gogul. I stand for Courage and Equity for myself and others. The Satvic Revolution book help me to follow a regular timetable. it helps me to Practice the 3Ms—Meditation, Movement, and Mastery and allows me to consistently learn and evolve.
