Reflection 2017-2018

This year what was interesting for me was that I realized that learning has different curves. I have learned to be systematic and think of automation when I repeat something often. I worked on many projects last year and it gave me opportunity to be consistent and competent. The courses that was conducted in the I-smart class room was helpful to enhance my skills.

I worked on many EBD projects with Isai Ambalam school children. I have also noticed that the children who were academically weak were doing well at activities. Children were also more engaged in the class rooms and girls and boys were working together.

In Udavi I was supporting all the multi-grade classes. I needed to be always ready to answer any questions children ask. Since the children work on different topics and it is also multi-grade the questions are diverse, this makes me think more than what is needed for a black board teacher. Teaching them science, software and math at the same time makes it more interesting. I was always helped by the tools I learned from Stewardship for new emergence workshop. I have also got an opportunity to do research and access the teaching technique.

Life Purpose of Holoenergetic

~saranya

I learnt that the heart radiates an electromagnetic field affecting each others moods, attitudes and feelings – whether we are conscious of it or not. I learnt to align myself through grounding tool and getting energy from source using this I was able to align myself. I learnt forgiveness tool without condemnation.

From the forgiveness tool I learnt “I forgive release all past and present known and unknown from this life from others life. I release all attachment from the past. I am free”

I learnt to measure my energy level in different kind of feeling.Example when I felt happy my energy level was very high and When I felt sad my energy level went low that impressed me. I noticed that If I felt happy It made others also happy and I noticed that I am creating positive energy for myself, as well as for others also.

Stewardship for new emergence Isai

In isai ambalam school we were doing SFNE(Stewardship for new emergence) with the teachers. We started with the introducing stand and fear. The first day the insight were very much interesting for me ans they were able to find their universal value. Then we introduce them to find the socialized fear. After the exercise the teachers mentioned that they mentioned that they will act from possibility rather than fear. The second second day were were introducing four profile and the CFSR (Conscious Full Spectrum). I learnt that we can act from the any profile. I was able to connect my self when I act from the wisdom profile. All the teachers were able to share their insight from all the exercise. Then we showed them story of stuff to the teacher and asked them to find the system principles from the movie. All the teachers wrote and shared one system principles to others.

How to create lesson plan

Logeshwari wanted to create a lesson plan for 5th Std on ‘Senses’. So, I gave a presentation to our team on how to create a lesson plan which I learned from the D.El.Ed course which I am attending.

Lesson Plan:

lesson plan is a teacher’s detailed description of the course of instruction for a lesson. A lesson plan can be for a daily class or for a whole chapter.

A daily lesson plan is developed by a teacher to guide class learning.

A lesson plan is the teacher’s guide for running a particular lesson, and it includes the goal (what the students are supposed to learn), how the goal will be reached (the method, procedure) and a way of measuring how well the goal was reached test, worksheet, homework etc.)

For each steps I gave them an example from a lesson plan which I had created. Then we discussed about the ‘senses in human’ and gave examples for each step to create a lesson plan. I enjoyed giving presentation where we had more interaction between each other.

Lesson Plan

Lesson Plan

We all learnt how to make a lesson plan from Naveen. He gave a presentation on how to make a lesson plan. Lesson plan is making a plan of a lesson/chapter before teaching to the students. It is pre-preparation of the teacher to achieve what he/she wants the children to learn. By using the lesson plan format I got a clear idea. As teachers it is important to have clarity on what how am I going to take the class. Infact the lesson plan helped me to do it. In the month of March we learnt the steps of perfection, I see this lesson plan as its first step-clarity of what we are doing.

The lesson plan has teaching points, learning objectives, previous knowledge, etc., which helped me easier to divide the lesson into smaller pieces. While creating a lesson plan I learnt many new things like the senses of animals and birds.

Preparation workshop with Isaiambalam teachers

A stewardship workshop was arranged in the morning hours with all the teachers and volunteers at Isaiabalam School. The focus was on to find what one wants to accomplish on the up coming year and determine ones roles and accountabilities.

It was organized over three days, the table pc’s were members of STEMland. The workshop was delivered by Arun and me. This was my first experience delivering to teachers other than the interns and team members of STEMland. While delivering the tools, I was able to notice the reflections and connect with what the participants insights even though this was the hardest I had missed out on some and got assistance from Arun.

This workshop also gave me the opportunity to learn on what really happens in the organization as a whole. What were my assumptions and what was expected. I have found gaps which need to be filled for by myself.

Experience in 2 days stewardship workshop,

I have learned few new tools which are very useful for personal and professional life. The following tools that I learned from that workshop are:

  • Integrity (complete or in full potential )

Using this tool, I noticed that I’m not full potential in doing work and practicing to be full potential.

  • Judgement ( from background conversation ) and discernment ( from inner source or stand)

Using this tool, I stopped taking decision / Judging instantly, and start analyzing the situation from my inner source.

  • Powerful speaking (3min)

Using this tool, I learned how to convey information and making a committed request for action

  • Story of solution

Using this tool, I learned what values are should consider before creating new solution/Goal for existing problem:

G – Gives people more power people.

O – Open people’s eyes to truth of happiness.

A – Account for all the cost involved to achieve goal.

L – Lessen the wealth gap

  • Commitment for action.

Using this tool, I started saying ‘no’, when I cannot do what other request me to do and learned how to make counter request.

Stewardship Workshop

Stewardship for new emergence (2 days workshop)

This is my experience From that workshop, I have learned few new tools. These tools was very useful and I practicing day-to-day life. These tools were useful and it’s used to think always from my stand. The tools I practiced from that workshop….1. Stand and fear 2. Integrity  3. Background conversation and deep listening 4. Whole(complete) 5.conscious full spectrum 6.Distinguishing discernment from Judgement 7. Speaking powerfully (3min) 8.Fact and story 9. Complaints which are commitment for action and conversation for commitments behind action etc..

when i used these tools in my life it’s made me to think differently and it’s made me to handle different kind situation(decision making). During the workshop I able to notice who am i and what do i really care about?. I am able to notice few things about me 1. If I am complaining about some issues why i am complaining because i really care about that issues and I want to change that issue then I am creating an opportunity for everyone to take responsibility 2. I am able to notice that whatever the difficult situation comes i have a choice 3. I have hesitation to say ‘no’ because will they other think bad about me like that i had a background conversation after using this tool it made to think positively, now I really don’t have hesitation to say ‘no’ 4. I am able to distinguish between judgement ans discernment 5. I had committed something I unable to finish it with the time frame I just accepted it and There I used my integrity lens. End of the workshop I felt complete and I felt very happy that I got an opportunity to attend this workshop.

WordPress is an open source, free to use Content Management System. It was initially designed and build to support emerging bloggers to
effectively communicate the message to larger audience by focusing more on the content and reduce the time investment required to code a new page for every single post.

# What is a domain & a server

A web domain is an ip address with human readable name mask that points to your website when a user types it in the web browser.
A domain is just a name available on the web to point to the directory where you keep your website, to build that directory you need a web server.

# Download and install Local server –

– Xampp – https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html
– Wamp – http://www.wampserver.com/en/

# Setting up database and db_user

Once we download and install Xampp/Wampp server, we need to create a new database. To do it easily, we run the xampp/wampp server, then in the web browser we type – localhost/phpmyadmin or localhost:8080/phpmyadmin

In phymyadmin look for the option create database. Give it a unique name and for language, select collection and hit the create database button.

Reflection (2017-2018)

The Year 2017-2018, Progress occurred in various aspects. I am able to notice a vast change in my inner being, and abilities as well.I have realized that happiness is something special that I create within me, and this emanates in all things that I do, and participate small or large. Supporting children in their growth and seeing them accomplish their goals gives a huge sense of awe, and responsibility. As a learner and technologist I have gained the confidence to support my fellow colleagues and learned from the team as a whole, this has made my knowledge rich and diversified. Each member of the team has a unique set of universal values, skills and accountability, and seeing them engaged with commitment gives me an adrenaline drive to progress towards perfection along by their sides. I have shared many moments of inspiration and clarity that remain special to me. There has been a lot of new experiences in courses that were conducted and seeing new people join the team, and fellow ones progress and search towards their new goals, attachment has become something I have realized that needs to be let go, in order togo with the present flow of things being put forward for a higher purpose.

I am privileged to be at the place of most potential were I own the opportunity to learn, grow, work and support others in their learning’s.

Research has given me the curiosity to think beyond what I could have imagined it would be, to get down to details and provide clarity on what is that has made me all this change in me and bring it out to others to experience.
