Learning Together, Growing Stronger

Every morning, from 7:50 to 9:00, we gather together as a team.
This time is more than just a meeting—it is a moment of connection, reflection, and collective growth. In a busy world where everyone is often focused on individual tasks, we see this daily gathering as an opportunity to strengthen our sense of togetherness and shared purpose.
Each day brings a different activity, keeping the learning dynamic and engaging. These sessions allow everyone to contribute, listen, learn, and grow—not just individually, but as a team.
Why We Do This
In many places, knowledge is often kept within individuals. People may hold onto their skills as personal advantages. While this may create short-term success for individuals, it often limits the growth of the whole organization.
We believe in a different approach.
We believe that knowledge grows when it is shared.
When one person learns something new, everyone should have the opportunity to learn from it. This culture creates a strong foundation where people support each other instead of competing with each other.
By sharing our learnings openly, we build a team where no one stands alone. When challenges arise, others can step in with understanding and support.
How We Practice Shared Learning
Our weekly rhythm supports this culture of openness.
On Tuesdays, we come together as a whole group to share knowledge that can benefit the entire organization. These sessions focus on ideas, tools, or discoveries that may help everyone grow.
On Fridays, we take a deep dive into technical skills. We split into teams with similar technical skills, focusing on our core areas of work. Our organization has several teams— some related to software such as frontend GUI development, drivers, design automation; chip design such as layout design, AMS simulation;as well as STEM education, among others. During these sessions, team members present:
- New skills they have learned
- Interesting technical discoveries
- Work they have been developing
- Challenges they have faced or are facing
For the software teams – every Friday also includes a code review session, where we review each other’s work. This is not about criticism—it is about learning together and improving together. Feedback helps us see things from different perspectives and refine our work.
Sometimes we also share mistakes we have made along the way. Instead of hiding them, we treat them as valuable learning opportunities.
The Result: A Stronger Team
This culture of sharing creates something powerful.
When knowledge flows freely, the entire organization becomes stronger. People gain confidence knowing that they are part of a supportive environment where learning is continuous and collaboration is natural.
In difficult situations, no one feels alone.
Someone else always understands the work and can step in to help.
Over time, this practice does more than improve our technical skills. It builds trust, humility, and collective intelligence.
Growing Forward
True progress is not about one person becoming the best.
It is about everyone growing together.
By sharing our skills, experiences, and learnings openly, we create a workplace where people are empowered, supported, and inspired.
