I stand for equality and happiness for myself and others. Reading The Satvic Revolution became more than just reading a book. It gave me an opportunity to think about my life and see how awareness can improve the way I live, work, and connect with others.

The important breakthrough I want to document is the connection I see between Radical Transformation Leadership (RTL) and the seven steps in The Satvic Revolution. At first, the book looked like a guide for healthy living, but later I understood that it is also a guide for conscious living.

The problem is not only unhealthy habits or lack of discipline. The bigger problem is living without awareness – reacting quickly, not taking care of our body, and making unconscious choices about our health, work, and relationships.

The old way of thinking is that health is separate from leadership and personal growth. Through this journey, I realized that taking care of my body, pausing before reacting, and making conscious choices are also important leadership practices.

The inner qualities I am developing are awareness, pause, responsibility, deep listening, integrity, and conscious choice. RTL has already helped me learn these qualities, and now I can see the same ideas in the Satvic approach.

There were many points I was able to connect with our RTL work. I am able to see that the seven steps in the Satvic book and RTL are connected. RTL talks about awareness, pause, sourcing our universal values, integrity, and making conscious choices, and I can see the same in the seven steps.

It is helping me not to react immediately, but to observe and respond. I also see deep listening in both, where I listen without judgment and with more attention.

I see responsibility and ownership in how I take care of my body, work, and relationships. Both are asking me to be consistent and practise daily.

I feel RTL is helping me actually live what the seven steps are saying. I need to incorporate RTL and Satvic learning into my daily life.

One important change I noticed is that I am moving from reacting to responding. Instead of reacting immediately, I try to observe the situation, listen without judgement, and respond with more awareness. This change is helping me not only at work but also in my health and relationships.

I also see that I am responsible for my own health and well-being. Health is not something that happens by chance. It is something I create through my daily choices, routines, and habits.

This experience helped me understand that real transformation starts from within. When awareness guides our daily habits, personal well-being and leadership growth become strongly connected.

My work going forward is to:

  1. Increase awareness in my daily life.
  2. Change unconscious habits into conscious practices.
  3. Use my values of equality and happiness to create a positive impact on myself and others.

This journey reminds me that transformation does not happen through big changes alone. It happens through small and consistent actions every day. By bringing together the learnings from RTL and The Satvic Revolution, I am building a healthier, more purposeful, and more meaningful life.
